Well they are all different on what the manufacturers say their limit is. Like i said, if you start hitting 80+ then you can start worrying. As of now, enjoy your new computer.

Don't worry, gpu is ok even at 80c at load.

Pretty much same for cpu, but I'd rather keep cpu at mid 60 at load.

You could run something more stressing than Borderlands like 3Dmark and post max temps after that. For CPUs anything under 75C is good and over 85C is alarming.

 

For reference my gaming temp with noise balanced fan settings is 58C (BF4). Under real stress its 67C and under OCCT/IBT its 73C.

I wish I could run games at under 40C. It's the reason I'm getting a new CPU. (My current one points up when I have no top vents, I have to use it because the stock one was broken.)
