What to upgrade first? need advice.

So I've been pretty contempt with my build.
I've never really had any issues with my FPS and settings in games until recently.
I still get stuttering in Games like mordhau with most things turned down.
This is the current build, All things considering the 1080 gtx is still strong card and I think next gen graphics cards will be an option for pricing compared the 20 series.

Now im fairly new to pc's and had a friend design my current one.
Would love some advice, I mainly play mordhau & rainbow six siege.
