Hello everyone,

I recently came into around 1k so I decided to upgrade from my laptop to an actual computer. First of all, I want to use this computer for gaming and for school work. I like rpgs, if that gives you an idea of what type of gpu I am looking for. Also, I value a cpu that would be capable of multi-tasking, so that is why I decided to pick the cpu listed. Apart from that, I would like some feedback on what I should change. Last thing, I dont care for aesthetics. Thanks for reading.

If you wan't to multitask I would highly recommend this build for about the same price

It cost 5 dollars more, the case is 100, and is better in every aspect other than the fact that you need 32 gigs of ram?

I agree with reducing ram. I guess I wanted to be more safe than sorry. Other than that though, I needed some clarification on the potential issues/incompatibility for the build. Will these be significant problems:

1) Some AMD B450 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Matisse CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions.

2) The Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler may require a separately available mounting adapter to fit the MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX ATX AM4 Motherboard.

The tomahawk max is ryzen 3000 ready and if it for some ready isn't it has bios flashback

As for the cooler honestly save the money until you could buy a proper air cooler like the noctua chromax u12s as the temps would only be marginally better over the wraith spire that comes with the r5 3600.

Thanks for responding. I am relatively new, so I was wondering why you didn't include a CPU cooler.

the stock cooler will do for the 3600, you can get an aftermarket cooler in the future if it's not enough.
