i want to build the fastest windows gaming rigs possible using windows 7

my biggest issue is with driver and CPU support

i need a new CPU motherboard and memory

i know there way to install windows7 on intel 7th and 8th gen cpu but i think i might run into other driver issue doing this

video card is less of a issue since driver for win 7 are available.

any suggestion are welcome

You could run Windows 7 as a virtual machine, however I would not use it as your main operating system, not only for it not having driver support but also because it was totally cut in January it's not getting any more updates security or otherwise and games are going to stop supporting it starting this month I believe. I've already seen a couple that have. For a gaming computer where OS and drivers are important I wouldn't use Windows 7 personally. If learning Windows 10 is the issue for you there are plenty of applications that re-skin Windows 10 to look and function as Windows 7 did or modified versions of Windows 10 that have a lot of the hated features removed and to make it as minimalist as possible.
