I need help

Im putting together a parts list that includes

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600 AF

 

Motherboard: MSI Performance Gaming 

Storage: Kingston 240GB SSD

GPU: XFX Radeon RX 570 8GB

RAM: 8GB DDR4 2666MHz

Any suggestions?

Yes, get an ASRock B450 Pro4 for better BIOS support

Make sure the Motherboard supports the 1600 AF model. You want 3200 MHz or faster memory for Ryzen. Go with an RX 5500 or higher if you have the budget. You probably will need another drive for games.

VR headsets all have different requirements. Check what yours needs and buy a board based on that. If you want to play it safe, a higher end one like the TuF X570 is what you need

I looked up the reqiuments of the Oculus Quest and it should run fine but will i be able to upgrade to Ryzen 3000 processors?

I'll have to to upgrade to the 5500 later down the road thanks for the help
