Since i installed a new cpu heatsink, my gpu has been idling at temperatures of 49 (c) degrees and when i play a low demand game (pc Building Simulater) I get 89 (c) degrees. i turned the settings all to low cause i didnt want my gpu to overheat. Plz help idk what to do. i scanned my pc for miners or viruses many times (full scans) and i found nothing. my cpu also has higher temps not as bad tho.

Please help me out and donate to my go fund me to help get parts for a gaming pc. Any amount is useful. Thanks! (dm for link)

Uninstall all broken monitoring and overclocking software(afterburner etc). Then re-install gpu-drivers with the clean install option.
