Is it worth it to get rgb fans over non led fans?

I have three of these as exhaust on top x2 and back x1 (https://www.coolermaster.com/catalog/coolers/case-fan/sickleflow-x-red-led/)

The fans I want to get are https://www.thermaltake.com/pure-12-argb-sync-radiator-fan-tt-premium-edition-3-fan-pack.html

Is it worth getting these or should I spend the money elsewhere?

If your signature has current specs I would save for a new GPU (RX 5700xt is my recommendation as of now) and a new PSU.

Will upgrade it directly to a 3xxx series rtx when it launches

Second this. Get a 3600 instead of the 3500.

This is really more personal preference. The modern RGB fans are at same performance levels with non-LED fans. Unlike in old days where LED fans performed worse than non-LED. But overall performance difference between your current fans and new ones is not worth it. Only if you want some RGB color options it would be worth it.
