Budget laptop

I am going to buy a max 650 € laptop for ANNO 1800 and Minecraft. 

I saw an 550€ HP pavilion 15 2019 with ryzen 5 3500u, vega 8, 2x4 gb ram, 512 gb nvme ssd, Ips 1920x1080 panel. 

Is it enough for those games?

 

Or i should get something else and if I should then what should I get?

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.
