How to toggle a specific USB port on and off?

Hi there,

 

I have an led light strip plugged into my computer and I use it to light my face during livestreaming/recording. I would really like it if there was a way I could turn the light on and off without just unplugging it.

 

There's not an on/off switch on the strip so I was hoping there was either something in Windows or an external app that could control a specific USB port. If you know of anything like that or possibly can think of another solution that'd be great!
