Access PDF Expert offline

Hi, I have two iPads in front of me with PDF Expert. Ive connected them both to OneDrive and want to be able to take one out to a job where it won't be connected to the internet, fill out the appropriate forms, and have it sync back up when I'm back at my office. Is it even possible to do this?
