Need help with college Project

If anyone could help with any part of my C# project for college it would be greatly appreciated. I have attempted parts myself but i struggle with C# and its tough for me to work out how to do it to be honest. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

Just to be clear, it's very unlikely that anyone here will write usable code for you, just examples and answer questions.

 

Most of this is design and not language dependent. Design is language independent. Early on in the project, focus on that. First, figure out how to actually read the file and store it in useful objects. Then move on to displaying it and stuff, as you'll be more prepared for that at the time. Basically, it looks like the easiest thing to do will be to tackle the project in the order given in the project description.
