Only EPYC supports 2 CPUs per board.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

nope, that's not gonna happen. Like @Streetguru said, only AMD's Epyc line of CPU's support dual CPU configs.
