Is your computer showing any signs of life? It sounds like your motherboard/CPU just isn't receiving any power. Maybe check if it's properly connected to your power supply? Otherwise I'm not quite sure what the issue is here.

I mostly speak from my own past experience from similar problems. My solution may not work for you, but I'll always try my best to help as much as I can. If you want me to see your reply, make sure to quote my comment or mention me @WaggishOhio383, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Yeah, sounds like a faulty motherboard to me... I don't see why else the USB ports wouldn't be working.

One thing I did think of. Are you plugging your monitor into your motherboard or GPU? The CPU you have doesn't have integrated graphics so the HDMI ports on the motherboard won't work. You'll have to plug into the GPU instead if you didn't know that.

Ill be ok with it if its just the motherboard

From what you've said it definitely sounds like the motherboard or CPU if it isn't posting. However, no power to the USB ports makes it sound more like a motherboard problem to me. I don't think a faulty CPU would make the motherboard USB ports not work but I could be wrong. Does anyone else have anything to say regarding whether that's possible?
