I find the whole graphics card thing a total scam re 780 780ti

 

Must people run 1080p  and the Gtx 670 runs all games like a boss

You enter a whole new ballgame with 1440p and wanting ultra textures.......... My old 680 didn't even cut it for medium settings on bf4 or ac4. Plus I had the money so I said let's get a 780ti. Technically speaking a gtx 770 is really all you need for 1080p.

This is pointless. You can literally say this about EVERYTHING, food, cars, clothing, it's called economics and capturing consumer surplus. Not everyone is the same or wants the same things. Some people want a surround setup, some people want a higher res gaming experience.

Do you not like development? Do you not like advances in fucking technology? "A graphics card too powerful"? You're a fucking dropkick. You don't have to buy these cards, but some people do in fact run multiple displays or 1440p+ monitors and like to run games completely maxed. Personally I try to achieve 120 fps as my monitor is 120hz. A 670 cannot achieve that.

i had a 670 and i couldnt max out all games at 1080p now i have a 780 and cant max games out at 1440p we need more than a 780ti especially if we expect to play on 4k!
