I plan to buy a new laptop for around 1500$ in the upcoming weeks, and I can't decide what should I get.

My main uses are gaming and general student work, and I want the best laptop I can get at the price.

I found this on Amazon and it seems perfect, but I don't know if I should just get an intel based laptop with a better screen (I heard it's not really good in the G15) and GPU.

What are you suggesting?

Indeed. It outperforms even the 100W i9s while using less than 40W itself so it also means battery life is very good

Yeah 8 cores at 40w with or without the 2060 is just amazing.
