I finally upgraded from FX to Ryzen and my system will not post. The new hardware I got was the asrosk X370 killer, AMD Ryzen 5 3600, Corsair Vengence DDR4 3200. Everything looks compatible so I am not sure what is wrong. When it is turned on it does not post or beep.  All the lights and fans turn on for about 15 then it turns off and turns back on. Appreciate the help.

Has the BIOS on this motherboard been updated, using another older CPU?

Highly likely, this motherboard does not have the correct BIOS for Ryzen 3000 support.

Try removing the RAM sticks. This may not necessarily help, but I helped in my case. Otherwise, try reseating everything

Thank you. This was correct. I went and bought an MSI X570 mobo from bestbuy and it powered on. Now to just put the system in the case and return the other board!
