Hard Drive wont detect

im trying to get my second 2tb western digital hard drive to be able to detect in windows so i can set up raid 0. but although my motherboard detects it and even device manager in windows detects it yet i cant get it it to pop up so i can set up raid 0

any ideas on how to remedy it?
