Upgraded my RAM as well as cable extensions, & after getting everything settled i was checking temps on the RAM & noticed it was reaching around 45-47. & because of the bend from the cable extensions it seems to be blocking some airflow, im sure its not too serious, but should i consider shortening the bend.?

No need. Those are low temps.

RAM temps don't get that high unless you really go on with overvolting and overclocking them. Those fancy heatspreaders your RAM has are actually not needed as the performance is same without them. For normal use, they are just fancy decoration.
