Bluetooth issues

I have no Idea where to post this. So I have a Z170 Delux, asus, board. And I dont have the antenna that came with it anymore, so i bought a dongle. it is the DG40SA USB BT adapter. it was supposed to be top of the line. But when I try to install it says I dont have a licenses for it. I even went into the bios and turned off the BT hoping this would fix the issue it doesnt.
