Hey guys, I'm planing on bulding a PC for gaming without the GPU atm. That's the reason I'm going with Intel's CPU. My budget is around 1000-1100€ without GPU. My plan for the GPU once i decide to buy it(2-3mo) would be either 5700XT, 2080s or even a 1080Ti. 1080ti might be unlikely but i want you to keep this in mind as well while evaluating the components:

i7 9700k

Gigabyte Z390 AORUS PRO WIFI

HyperX 3200MHz 2x8GB

Enigma 750WG2 Riotoro(i got recommended this PSU, we don't have a wide choice of PSUs in my country)

4TB barracuda+240 SSD SA400 Kingston.

How does this look without the GPU, and would the GPUs i had in mind be fine with this build? Thanks a bunch

Depends what you are using it for even if you get a 1660 its completely fine mine was £170 it runs any game Good fps on benchmarks and in my pc its paired with an AMD ryzen 7 2700x if you are gaming i feel this machine would be not that good or even useless its worth to get somthing cheap than nothing

you pretty much cant game anything on that gpu without dedicated cpu. Ryzen 5 3400g is pretty good cpu adn it has much better igpu than that. this is just pretty dumm in my opinion.

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

My advice would be to not buy this combo and wait until you can afford the AMD alternative such as the 3800x/3900x. You've made it this far, don't go ahead now and get a 5yo architecture without multithreading.

Otherwise - PSU is overkill, as well as HDD.. get a bigger SSD, 1TB nvme perhaps. make sure RAM is low CL.

Fuck no, get a good mobo, lots of RAM, good case/PSU, good storage, etc and just buy a Ryzen APU. That will be plenty fast until you can afford a proper GPU.

Intel's iGPUs are trash.
