Can't apply any overclock

Hello guys, i am trying to overclock my cpu and memory but with no luck. I tried loading default profiles and when it didn't work i manually entered the settings following a video from der8auer (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dW6gBneg3VA) for my specific setup which did not work either, it prompts the "overclocking failed" screen.  

I have tried clearing cmos etc, flashed the latest bios too. Any help will be appreciated.

 

Full system Specs:

MOBO: Asus Rampage V Edition 10

CPU: Intel i7-6850k

RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum Special Edition Blackout 32gb(4x8)

PSU: Corsair RM750x

GPU: Asus Strix 1080 Ti

you might need to raise the voltage on both the ram and the cpu

I d id 1.2 cpu core voltage and 1.35 ram, 1.375 and 1,4 didnt wotk!
