The TV is real. There are photos and everything!

 

But the refresh rate is highly interpolated. Motion-smoothed.

 

It's likely a 100 Hz panel, according to the math.

 

What's the model number? I'll try to find the panel it uses.

Perhaps they're doing something similar to how plasmas operate?
