Here in India the prices for a used 1060 6gb is almost as much as the price of a new one. i.e. the prices for a new 1060 6gb is really very low here.

Best you can do - a dual-core CPU is a major limitation for modern games. Some don't even boot at all. You need a minimum of four proper cores for anything more intensive than CS:GO
