Looking for suggestions where I can learn more about overclocking cpu, gpu, and ram. Something that explains all the components of overclocking in details including terminology and all that good stuff.

I recommend trying to look something about your motherboard name. Like guide on what settings there are in BIOS.

overclock.net has a forum thread for every motherboard model. It is by far the most relevant resource I've used over the years.

NITRO+ OC THICC XTREEEEME POWER whatever you see with such tags in the product name is ridiculously overpriced without a meaningful reason e.g Sapphire RX 5700xt Nitro+ SE  costs 500 euro... the difference in FPS from a basemodel rx 5700xt is like a couple of FPS... yet you pay about 150 to 200 euro more for it...oh but it has RGB too ... :P
