Hey everyone, I have a somewhat strange problem with my graphics card currently. When I turn on the computer, one of the fans in my 980 SC Gaming ACX 2.0 will work fine, but the second hardly works at all. What I mean by this is; every few seconds, the fan will shake slightly, like it's trying to spin, but just can't. In addition to this, when the pc boots to Windows, the first working fan will ramp up to 100%, though I figure that's just a safety measure to regulate heat. If anyone has any idea as to what might be causing this, please let me know!

Edit: I should mention that the card works perfectly fine. No noticable slowdowns, though I'm afraid to do any gaming, as I don't know what kind of heat will be trapped due to the not-working fan.

possibly that the fan bearing is going, its getting clogged up with dust or something like that.  I would recommend taking the card apart and cleaning it.  While doing that you can spin the bad fan and listen to see if the bearing is going bad or not

I actually did that, and it sounds good. It was working 45ish minutes ago, and all of a sudden it gets louder and i couldn't for the life of me figure out why

possible then that is maybe loose?  i have seen that happen usually i just push them back into the bearing and that fixes it but im just going off assumption
