Hosting FTP or SMB

I keep using ftp and windows SMB share for file transfer and using CX File explorer to get files from to devices from pc and NAS . but instead of using the phone can I just put the file in my phone without picking it up and push file like any other ftp server samba share from my PC

If I understood this correctly you want to push files from a device like your PC to your phone instead of having to manually pull it from your PC with your phone?

If not, please explain it a little more clearly.

Sounds like you are looking for something like rsync or syncthing?

Sorry for the confusion, I want to add, remove , modify, upload files to my mobile from my PC using network.

Well if you don't want the classical sync stuff as mentioned before. There are e.g. FTP server apps, I use one sometimes if I don't have an USB cable laying aroung.
