95 is really hot for a CPU, especially long-term. I wouldn't keep that overclock without a better cooler.

What test did you run in P95? Small FFTS, Large FFTs or Mixed?

95c is TJMax for a Zen 2 CPU, its the point at which the CPU starts throttling to save itself from damage. 105c and it will force the system to power down.
