Hi! This is my first post here. I just wanted to ask about this certain build. Is it bad and why do people tell me to get rid of everything in it because it's ''cursed''. I'm looking for parts with specs like these for like 2000 euro (2185 usd). Thanks!

What’s your use case? You’re spending a lot on ram and RGB fans that could be spent on a better GPU if you’re just interested in gaming

I'm building it for my best friend. He wants to give that kind of money for gaming. I thought of putting 16 gigs, 1 ssd and 1 m.2 which would give me a little bit more money for a better gpu. I'll try to do that now and I'll ask him what he thinks. Thanks

He says he likes how it looks. Also what do you think about the parts in particular, would they last long and if I should change something please tell me  Again thanks man!

looks good. you can drop the samsung drives for a single cheaper 2tb ssd.

Those are all quality parts so they should last just fine, but I do have a few comments.

1. I agree with @boggy77. I think Samsung drives are good but usually overpriced, but I’m not sure what’s available where you are. If you can, I’d try to get a 500 GB m.2 SSD and a 2TB+ hard drive. It’ll give you a lot more storage at a similar price point (especially if you don’t buy Samsung brand drives)
2. Unless you are dead set on that X470 motherboard, a B450 Tomahawk Max would be cheaper and work just as well.
3. Seasonic PSUs are quite good but you can often find a comparable unit from another brand. I would consider EVGA and Corsair as well.
