Not everyone has signatures enabled, I don't ... so I can't see what motherboard you have.

If you mean msi z390 gaming edge  , you have usb 3 and usb 2 headers on the motherboard

See manual (i attached it) or see link here : https://download.msi.com/archive/mnu_exe/M7B17v2.1_EURO.zip

Pages 23-25 show you where the usb headers are on the board

Page 14 also has an overview of the board where all connectors are named.

So you just need to open your case and take the cables from the front panel usb connectors and plug them in the proper headers on your motherboard.

Front panel connectors are typically for things that you disconnect and connect often, so imho a printer usb cable is not supposed to go there.

Just plug the printer usb cable in the back in a usb 2.0 port (because the printer doesn't need more than 20-30 MB/s of transfer speed)

Same for the camera - plug it in the back in a usb 3 port.  Same for the mouse.

The hub ... depends on hub ... if it doesn't have a separate power supply, just plug it in the back in a usb 3 port, doesn't matter which one.

The motherboard is the MPG Z390 Gaming Edge AC.

And i want to plug the USB HUB behind, which is the best port to plug it in (power ect..)?

the usb 3.1 GEN 2, or the usb 3.1 GEN 1?

Doesn't matter ... all ports have the same amount of power, 0.9A at 5v ... 4.5w in total.

2 or 4 ports are grouped together and protected with a fuse that's typically rated for 2-4A , so if only one out of 2 or 4 usb ports are used, that single port may take 2-4A of current.

I told you about the headers so that you could double check and maybe get your front usb ports working.

If they're damaged physically (bent pins inside the connectors or broken cables) but your case has 5.25" bays (optical drives, whatever) you could also buy something like this:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/20Pin-to-2-USB-3-0-port-HUB-HD-audio-pc-floppy-front-panel-expansions-rack-3-TE/124000789081

If you want loads of power, get something like this : https://www.ebay.com/itm/Motherboard-20-Pin-to-USB-3-0-4-Port-Front-Panel-Bracket-For-5-25-CD-DVD-ROM-Bay/352079802332?epid=942235751&hash=item51f9976fdc:g:ZrcAAOSw-3FZNgxf

it has a usb 3 hub chip, which takes 1 usb 3.0 connection (from a usb 3 header) and creates 4 ... and also takes power from a molex (old hdd connector) so each of the ports can basically give a lot of power to device plugged in. The molex connector is good for at least 5A of current.
