Can i do video editing?

I have (i3 4150+16gb ram+500gb ssd+1tb hdd+1650 super 4gb ddr6)(i will upgrade cpu later)

Can i do graphic design and little bit (1080p) video editing?

Honestly I don't see why not, wont be quick though. I've just finished editing chroma key, encoding and screen cap on a mobile i5 3rd gen.

Almost any PC can do video editing as long as you're willing to wait for longer render times.

I mean, you can edit video on a Pentium D. It's just a question of how long you're willing to wait for the finished product.

You could try running Asus RealBench. Its pretty much made to check how some more common tasks run on systems. Or rendering actual video process. Though, saying this with my i7, 1080p60 30min video takes about 40-50mins to render for me.
