Hey i just built a mess of a pc a x5650 xeon 8gb ram dual socket motherboard one socket unpopulated and a rx 5500xt and found after installing windows i cant display on gpu but on the on board gpu i can. The rx 5500xt only displays black screen but shows all post messages

I didnt but the gpu does display the post messages when booting but when past that just black and no boot either it prevents boot
