“The 4 DIMMs”?  Which 4 dimms?

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

Depends.  There’s a whole lot of information missing.  There are lots of kinds and sizes of dimms.  As a rule ryzen needs non ecc ddr4 dimms of the correct pin count (there are two of these) Generally the fastest the cpu and motherboard can handle are preferred.  A given am4 motherboard (which is needed for ryzen) will generally accept either 2 or 4 dimms though some will accept more.

i need to know what the stats of these particular 4 dimms are before I can even venture an opinion.
