If everything in my PC build is air cooled, can I still use an AIO or does an AIO require a pc to be water cooled?

If I buy this https://www.frys.com/product/9979536?site=sr:SEARCH:MAIN_RSLT_PG then would it work without me having a water cooling system

My Last Build

B450 Tomahawk Max, ASUS TURBO 1080, Ryzen 7 2700X, T-Force RGB 16GB

Current Project

Macbook Air 13in 2013

Segotep Phoenix.

your case can get 240mm/280mm aio's (same with the nzxt h510). no room for 360mm aio's. both 240mm and 280mm are still good thought. What are your specs?

RX570

Ryzen 3200G

B450 Tomahawk Max

2x T-Force RGB Delta White 16gb (8x2)

I have 2x120mm fans and 2x 140mm fans which I think would be eliminated by these aio fans

I know the processor is not the best but it fits my needs which is WoW Classic
