Personally I like the Sapphire Pulse 5600xt model, although the Red Dragon looks like its cooler might be a bit smaller. I own the Pulse and use it in a mini-itx case, it's pretty great imo. I know gamers nexus had issues with the Red Dragon's fans not spinning up on their sample, don't know if that's a problem across the board or individual defect

edit: wait, why is an MSI 5700 in this list? Something to keep in mind with MSI btw, early on their first cards had issues with poor memory cooling due to using too small of a cold plate. I don't know what model you were looking at

the 5700 8GB is a better GPU but MSI has some very bad and cheap low end cards and this is likely one of them i would assume if it's priced similar to 5600XT.

BUT, personally i'd rather have the 5700 core, i would unlock it to 5700XT bios, and then i would starve it for power (undervolt) and see how it could still hold decent clocks with some good airflow...if there are words in there you dont understand, or you dont want to fiddle with a graphics card to extract some performance and make it so that it wont blow your ears off...then get one of the 5600XT.
