Tomahawk Max is one of the best B450 motherboards.

Get an SSD you can add a HDD later for mass storage, 1TB is plenty. 

Good fast RAM.

Better GPU, if you have extra $$$ get the RX 5700XT.

Better case for airflow.

A few things, but to start link me your PCpartpicker build. 

 

My first question, budget and location? 

Do you already own an SSD/M.2 if not you need one.

You do no need display port on your motherboard, you CPU does not have integrated graphics. Also, only get an MSI motherboard if you are going B450, they really dropepd the ball with X570.

Cases are a persoanl preference but the H510 has poor airlfow.

For the price of a 2060S you can get a RX 5700XT, the 2060S is irrelevant in my opinion.

Do you already own an SSD/M.2 if not you need one.

You do no need display port on your motherboard, you CPU does not have integrated graphics. Also, only get an MSI motherboard if you are going B450, they really dropepd the ball with X570.

Cases are a persoanl preference but the H510 has poor airlfow.

For the price of a 2060S you can get a RX 5700XT, the 2060S is irrelevant in my opinion.

Get an SSD you can add a HDD later for mass storage, 1TB is plenty. 

Good fast RAM.

If your monitor has DP then you would use a DP cable and connect it between the gpu and monitor. You don't need to connect any cable to the motherboard.

You can always buy a kit of RGB fans and set them to red. Like so:

These two options have RGB included and are just plain black. If you are set on the H510 it will be okay though, like I said, my personal preference is for better airflow which helps temps.

You can NOT plug into your motherboards display port or HDMI, you will not get signal as your CPU does not have integrated graphics, the only way to get display out is to plug into the GPU which has both HDMI and Display Port.
