CPU and Motherboard compatibilities questions

I'm looking to build a pc for the first time and I was going to follow one of Linus's build but I was wondering if the ASRock B450M PRO4 AM4 AMD Promontory B450 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard would be compatible with AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 3.8 GHz 6-Core Processor. On PcPartPicker it is saying that "Some AMD B450 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Matisse CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions." . I was wondering if anyone has used these two parts together without any issues. Thank you for the help!!!
