Having issues with my laptop

So i recently bought my new laptop (lenovo y530) And im having issues while playing games. I've been looking at videos of similar PC's (laptops) and they had no problem playing games smoothly. The problem i have is stuttering microstuttering  fps drops unstable fps and other similar problems. Help would be highly appreciated. 

I7-8750H

1050 Ti

8Gb ram 

Also anyone that can help me trough screen share or remote desktop would be great.

CPU usually around 80 Celsius (no throttling) 

GPU usually around 70 Celsius (no throttling eather)

I forgot the name but there is a program i got that stops all windows updates. (i also have the latest windows updates)

CS:GO, Call of Duty MW, BeamNG Drive, GTA 5. There are more but i cant think of them now.

Have you checked the Lenovo Vantage for the new drivers for your y530?

It might be required an update of GPU driver.
