Minecraft server Voidswrath 1.7.10 Crazycraft 4 server Tick/Lac Fix

Hi, so I started up my crazycraft server with voidswrath but it is all ways So many ticks behind and lagging. I heard of plugins to help fix that but those are for bukkit servers and I have a voidswrath server. Is there any way that I could install plugins to the voidswrath server or reduce the tick delay.
