What to upgrade first? What CPU to upgrade too?

I currenly running a  Ryzen 3 1300x and a GTX 1050 Ti. I want to upgrade my System whith an budget  of 890 uptoo 1000€. I´m hoping four an 2060super or even 2070super and a CPU that is not a Bottleneck. What shout I upgrade first, or shout I wait till August and buy everything at the same time?  Also what CPU woud be smartest to pair whit the card im hoping four? I woud like to stay on the AM4 socket.

 

Whole System Specs 

CPU: Ryzen 3 1300x

GPU: GTX 1015 Ti

Powersuply 450W (no name non mudular) Planning to ubgrade to Cosair tx650M

Ram: currently 1. 8gb stick and 1.12gb stick dond knowe the speed. Will ubgrade in August to somthing that is not frankenstein and runs at 3600

Motherbord: Asrock AB3050M

SSD: Samsung 970 EVOplus 250 GB

hdd: 1TB (no Name and no speed)

Case I can basicly fitt in anything becaus im handy and planing to built my ubgradet PC in a old moddet beige ara case.

 

If u want to designe my whole system nwe go on im willing to take on every help to gett a better gaming performens.

Currend budget 300€, budget in August +700 to 800€ (Birthday and sesonal job.)
