MS Office heavy stutter when scrolling

Go to solution Solved by George.,

LOL I literally just fixed it (at least for now) by ENABLING animations inside windows (the tickbox inside the advanced tab in advanced system settings (performance settings)...This made no sense, I actually navigated there to disable everything but for some reason enabling this (I previously had it disabled) resolved the issue...it's not scrolling smoothly. LOL

So every time I open a document (in any of the ms office suite programs), no matter how heavy, when I scroll down/up it's verry stuttery. Cpu doesn't go above 20% really, not ram starving at all, not overpowering the gpu (even tho it's intergrated graphics). It's just scrolling like poop. This is on Acer Switch 3 (albeit limited performance, it's definitely sufficient for this kind of load, system monitor doesn't lie...) so next thing would be bad drivers but reinstalling those did nothing really....any ideas? Tried disabling hw accel, no change, well maybe it's a tiny bit worse without hw accel but that's it...

It's terribly annoying.

P.S. tried reinstalling the office suite. All win 10 updates are installed, and it's not caused by a recent update, it's been like this for since i first installed ms office (months ago).

Thanks in advance! :)
