Advice need on my pc set up

Hi all, first of all here are me pc secs:

MSI Z97 gaming 5
Intel i5 4690k
AIO cpu cooler
MSI GTX 970
2x4GB DDR3 crosair  2400MHz
SanDisk Ultra II 480GB
WD Black 3.5 2TB
9 case fans, some LED some not
X strike case

mouse logitech g402
keyboard generic bluetooth logitech k520
monitor 1. samsung C24FG73FQU
monitor 2. Generic Dell

dual monitor desk mount

Sound card

wifi dongle

 

1: I want get rid off my pc desk, due to space in house. so if i am thinking to sell my pc, what would be fair asking price?

2: a) transfer system to small case and use it tv as monitor (LG C9 55)what motherboard, cpu cooler i should get?

    b) sell it PS4pro / Xbox One x, or wait for PS5 / Xbox X?

dont know what to do, any opinion welcomed

It might be worth selling components individually for auction on something like Ebay. Very few people would buy the whole setup, as you have many different components that are fairly niche (sound card, dual monitor, etc.) and mismatched parts (fans). Also, the market sets the price, so you know you get a decent deal.

Just upgrade ur system look for an amd based cpu like an amd ryzen 5 1600

and dont get a console
