Whichever has lower CAS Latency and Voltage will be the better of the two. Generally though, at 1600, it will be CAS 9 and 1.5v.

If Kingston is Predator or Beast series, then its bit better. I really mean bit. You can't tell difference in normal use but with benchmarking software there's little difference.

Yeah I would get the one that is cheaper. Keep in mind of the ram height if you plan to get a bulky air cooler.
