Amd ryzen 5 3600

Hello all. 

 

Having some heat issues can anyone give me some incite to help lower these temps.

 

Have included a screen shot.  cpu temps are at 81 degrees Celsius and the gpu is at 80 degrees Celsius .

 

I am running a corsair h100x aio cooler.

 

Running folding at home app when i got these temps.

notmal for folding. my r7 3700x with 360mm aio goes over 90c when full power 16 threads.

 

those are okay temps for folding

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

Use HWiNFO instead of HWmonitor.

 

To lower temps try using a negative CPU core offset.
