Samsung's are probably going to be the best, but I've used WB Blue's for years (HDD and SSD) and they've been great. never had one die on me, and they hold great sustained transfer rates.

I currently using an Asus Vivobook S510Un with a 5400 rpm mechanical drive and I am planning to upgrade my system by adding a faster m.2 drive. My budget is around 40 USD or 3000 INR.
