This issue just started today. Not sure if the problem is on my side. Its download speed is stuck at 0. There is no problem with my internet. Anyone else having problems with the game update?

It's been like this for a couple of weeks now. What "worked" for me was changing the server to America, and then limiting the download speed to 300KB/s for a minute, then setting it to unlimited, rinse and repeat.
