Can a ASUS prime b250m-a motherboard fit a Intel Core i5 9600KF - 3.7 GHz - 6 core - 9 MB cache - LGA1151-2 Socket, CPU?
I can't figure out if the LGA1151 socket in my motherboard can fit a CPU made for the second version of LGA1151

No, 8000 and 9000 series Intel CPUs are 1151-2

100 and 200 chipset boards are 1151-1 which is the 6000 and 7000 series chips.
