Installing a ssd help

I'm going to be installing a new seagate hybrid ssd on my laptop. I was wondering what is the best software to use to clone my old hard drive to the new one. Any advice would be great. This is my first time opening a laptop. I'm in the us. The system is listed on my bio

I usually use Macrium Reflect's free version. Has worked for me so far.

Id really stay awawy from that hybrid hdd if you can, a ssd isn't much more and a much better solution.

 

What sizes are the drives? It just dd over from a linux live disk, but something like macrum reflect on windows will work aswell.

It is about 190gigs of data on a failing 250g. I got the seagate 1tb new for $40 and I only use the laptop for playing atlas and last oasis.
