Hello everyone I have a serious problem I hope you can help me I searched a lot on the internet nothing helps me My keyboard stops working no matter what game it stops me for a few seconds I can't press anything Let's say I play a call of duty trying to press W or no matter which move button it doesn't work and the game still works smoothly without any lags every time the player moves A few steps and stops again and continues like this until it releases alone I also press ESC it takes a few seconds until it is pressed it really annoys me already and can't find a solution hope i find the solution here thanks alot.

You probably have something installed that is intercepting the key strokes (eg a key logger) , or the keyboard is a special model that has programable macro's and it needs the software installed. Some high performance "gaming" keyboards need their software installed to have n-key roll-over work.

Your USB bus keeps resetting due to too much power draw, if you have your keyboard plugged into an unpowered USB hub, try plugging it into a powered hub, or directly into the rear USB ports of the PC to see if that changes.

What is keylogger how to check if i have one installed my pc ?
about the USB tried all the ports still making the same issue.
Im using Razer Ultimate viper and it have software called Razer Synpase 3 dont know if that have to do something with my problem.

Is the keyboard also a Razer product?

 

If you have a keylogger, you probably won't be able to find it manually, test your keyboard on another PC.
