5700 XT from AMD

from NVIDIA rtx 2070 super

2070 super is around 5-10% faster than 5700 XT, but 5700 XT is a lot cheaper.

even rtx 2080 super would do, but what resolution you play/work on

i would go for a 1660 super, rx5700, 2060 super or 2070 super (depending on your budget)

they are around $200, $300, $400 and $500 each.

what games are you playing and on what monitor resolution and frequency?

i  play rainbow six siege, apex, rocket league, all on 144hz or 120, all 1080p

smaller models will do, but you would need another psu probably. Depends on the model you have rn

depends on what PSU model you have now. 500w should be enough in theory, but if it's a low quality unit, you're better of changing it. for those sort of games at those resolutions, i'd go for a rx5700.

take your sidepanel off.

there should be some kind of label at your psu's sides

it tells you the wattage and manufacturer, usually the certification too

that gigabyte rx5700 is good if it fits.

if it does not fit;

sapphire rx 5700 pulse

or msi 5700 evoke are smaller and decent options too.

wattage is enough, but you should still get some better psu.

your case is fine. it does not have that good airflow but it can manage.
