Which GPU to get

I can't decide which GPU to get. My original plan was to get an rx 5600 xt which will be great for what I want. The only thing is is that I could get an rx 590 for less with worse specs but still decent. My question then is, should I just spend more to get a better card that should last a while or go with the cheaper option to save money OR are there any suggestions for other cards similar to either of those? Thanks

games resolution, framerate?
